Safirst Corporation is the sole owner of the information
collected on Safirst.com. Safirst Corporation collects
information from our users at only one point on our
Web site.
Registration
In order to use this Web site, an APPROVED user must
first complete the registration form. During registration
a user is required to give contact information (such
as name and email address). We use this information
to manage the user's training material distribution
and contact the user about services on our site for
which he has expressed interest. It is NOT optional
for the user to provide unique identifiers (such as,
username and password), so we can provide a specific
and personalized experience on our site. We do not require
personal information like Social Security numbers or
Credit Card information.

Use
The information collected by Safirst Corpoation is used
only for authentication into the client's personalized
pages, and so Safirst can contact or reply to a customer's
contact.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the users
computer tied to information about the user. Usage of
a cookie is in NO way linked to any personally identifiable
information while on our site. We use persistent cookies,
containing only a user ID to confirm authorized access.
For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser,
the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is
a small text file stored on the users hard drive
for a 24 hour (in our case) period of time, due to potential
time needed for access to download some of the larger
files available. Persistent cookies can be removed by
following Internet browser help file directions.

setting a cookie on our site, users would not have to
log in a password more than once, thereby saving time
while on our site. If users reject the cookie, they
may still use our site, however this will require password
entry at every page click and will make access to your

We may send all new members a welcoming email to verify
password and username. Established members will occasionally
receive information on services, new training materials,
and a newsletter. We currently do not present the option
to not receive these types of communications, as it
is critical materials for our clientele.

Announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly
service related announcement. For instance, if our service
is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send
users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of
these communications, though they can deactivate their
account. However, these communications are not promotional
in nature.

requested services and in regards to issues relating
to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance
with the users wishes.
